Trevor Parkinson turned PGA professional in 1967 in Southport, England, the home of Royal Birkdale Golf Club.

In 1994, Trevor became one of the first golf teachers to use the Astar System.  Video analysis accelerates the whole understanding and learning process of the golf swing, for the beginner to the advanced player. The aid of computer live imagery, graphics, and audio, has revolutionized teacher to student communication.  Today, this form of teaching allows each student to not only leave with what they learned that day, but also a DVD copy of their lesson. This allows students to go home and re-live that lesson, and focus on making practice sessions more valuable.

Trevor’s dedication shows in his students, he brings out their capabilities and talent, turning it into performance. Trevor’s skills and success at teaching the golf swing, for all levels of players, are unsurpassed.   

Some of his students have gained the title of MHSAA Golf State Champion in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Those students have become seasoned players on teams at Stanford University, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, University of Michigan and Loyola University.
